NERD Commenter

The NERD Commenter is pretty helpfull for inserting comments into the code. The imporvements previously described here have made it into the main distributuion.

Spaces

The GNAT style checker prescribes two spaces after each comment. The attached patch will allow that.

Set NERD_use_ada_with_spaces to one 1.
